Your Final Call Ticket is valid for 1 Adult Entry ONLY (no children) and grants you admission into Black Girl Art Show Brooklyn under the following conditions: EVENT ENTRY & CAPACITY – Final Call Tickets Only: - No Children Permitted: Due to capacity restrictions and safety regulations, this Final Call ticket is valid for one adult entry only. - Final Call ticket holders must arrive and check in between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM. -Entry is first-come, first-served and subject to venue capacity limits. While we strive to get everyone inside as quickly as possible, wait times may occur due to crowd control and safety regulations. - If you are in line by 4:00 PM, you will be allowed entry even if check-in takes additional time. - Re-entry is not permitted for Final Call ticket holders once they leave the venue. COMMUNICATION - We aim to keep all Final Call ticket holders informed of important event details, including potential wait times and entry procedures, via email notifications and social media updates. - It is the responsibility of the Final Call ticket holder to review all pre-event communications to stay up to date on event policies and procedures. REFUND POLICY -All Final Call ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal plans, long wait times, or dissatisfaction with the event experience. -Refunds will not be issued for attendees who choose to leave the line or venue before entry. -In the rare event of a cancellation by the organizer, Final Call ticket holders will be offered either a rescheduled date or a full refund.
