About the event
Flowery Branch Block Parties are a series of free community events produced by Discover Lake Lanier for the City of Flowery Branch. The Block Parties include live music, food trucks, kids activities and general fun to be had by all. Our July 2020 event is a back to school bash with an 80s twist. We are celebrating our four area high schools - Flowery Branch, Cherokee Bluff, West Hall and Johnson with a giant pep rally, dance and totally rad 80s party!

It's a totally rad and awesome tribute to the 80s with our back to school bash. We'll host a pep rally for our four area high schools - Flowery Branch, Cherokee Bluff, West Hall and Johnson. There will be classic 80s tunes, weirdly amazing pop culture activities and of course live music!

Liquid Neon Teen Dance Club
Dance the night away in our one night only teen dance club with DJ General Mealz! Back by popular demand, General Mealz will be spinning the best of today's hip hop, rap, rock and pop songs while the parents groove to the sounds of the 80s outside!
