CONNECT DULUTH is an outreach program designed to spark meaningful conversations among members of the community and the City of Duluth. WE WANT TO MEET WITH YOU! The program consists of 4 public meetings a year where community members are encouraged to meet and discuss concerns and ideas with a council member(s) and a city representative.
