About the event
The City of Winder is celebrating Christmas with our 75th Annual Christmas Parade! This year's event will feature Deck the Paws! This pet parade kicks off the Winder Christmas Parade. Described as the pre-game show to the main event, dogs who crave being the center of attention will love this annual tradition which celebrates 75 years in 2023. Participants receive delicious treats and lots of Christmas cuddles. Following the pet parade is the main event featuring our community floats, musical performances and more! After the parade's conclusion, join us for Santa's After Party at Jug Tavern Park for pictures with Santa, s'mores, food trucks, craft vendors, a Christmas DJ, student performances and the inaugural tree lighting!

Description
Would your child like to ride with Santa in the 75th Annual Christmas Parade this year? Here's their chance! Purchase a raffle ticket here for entry into the contest. Each ticket purchased will give one child a chance to ride with Santa in his 1940's fire truck. There is no limit to the amount of tickets each individual can purchase. Winner will be chosen via video on the City's Facebook page at random on December 1st. INSTRUCTIONS: The child must be 13 years or younger. Tickets must be purchased by November 30 at 5pm. You can purchase multiple tickets for multiple entries into the contest. The chosen winner must be available to arrive at the parade staging location by 1pm on December 9th. Parents must pick up the child at the end of the parade at Jug Tavern Park.
