Display Space & Booth Fees: All tables, racks and chairs are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Responsibilities of the Exhibitor: Each exhibitor assumes his/her own risk and should carry appropriate insurance. The Art League of Long Island cannot assume liability for damages, loss or theft to an individual’s work or display. Each exhibitor is also responsible for collecting New York State Sales Tax. Use the following to obtain sales tax information and application: NY State Dept. of Taxation and Finance 1-800-972-1233 or www.nystax.gov. Exhibitors must not pack up before closing time. Exhibitors must stay until closing time. Donate one tax deductible item at least $50 in value for a raffle at this event.
Media: Only original art work by the exhibiting artists will be accepted. No commercially manufactured or import items will be accepted. The committee reserves the right to remove any exhibit not conforming to regulations.
Policies & Procedures: All work must be original and created by the exhibitor. Artists may only show work typified in their jpegs/photos. Jewelry may not be sold unless the artist has been accepted in this category. No objects from commercially sold kits or manufactured items. Only prints hand-produced by the artist that are properly signed and numbered, executed by monoprint, serigraph, lithograph and/or similar method, are permitted to be displayed on and in the booth. If your work does not meet stated qualifications, you will be asked to leave without refund.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: No refunds are given for Holiday Fine Art and Craft Fair except in cases of rejected applications. Incase of a Rain postponement you will be notified the day prior.
Jury Competition: Ribbons awarded. Juror to be announced.
