Applicants in the Miss Buggy Days division cannot be married, never been married, divorced or had a marriage annulled.
Applicants in the Miss Buggy Days division cannot be a parent, never given birth to a child or pregnant.
If a young woman in the Miss Buggy Days age category is a parent or married, she must move to Ms Buggy Days Competition.
Ms Buggy Days can be married, unmarried or have given birth.
Applicants must be a natural born female.
Applicants must refrain from unethical behavior during the time that she holds the title.
Each contestant 0-6 years of age may be accompanied on stage by one guardian, if necessary. Escorts should wear black pants (no jeans or shorts) and a white top or black dress.

Contestant entrance at the Fine Arts Center will be on the right side of the building. Only one attendant with participant allowed in the backstage area. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.
NO FOOD OR DRINKS ARE ALLOWED IN THE AUDITORIUM!!!
