4th of July Spectacular - 2025

Thank you for your interest in attending the City of Aurora's 4th of July Spectacular.

 

The estimated attendance for this event is 4,000.

 

All food vendors must be licensed by Arapahoe County and have a City of Aurora Tax License. Before submitting your application please gather the following documentation-  

-City of Aurora Tax License
-Certificate of Insurance naming the City of Aurora as additionally insured (see below for COI requirements)
-Proof of Workers Comp Insurance or Workers Comp Waiver (see below for more information)

PLEASE NOTE THAT IN ORDER TO OFFER A VARIETY OF FOODS AND DESSERTS WE MAY NOT APPROVE YOUR APPLICATION. PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO VENDORS WHO SUBMIT THE CORRECT PAPERWORK AT THE TIME OF APPLYING.

A Certificate of Insurance may be required depending on type of merchandise being sold. If requested, a COI must be submitted by Friday, June 20 or your booth space will be forfeit and no refund will be issued. The COI must list the City of Aurora as a certificate holder. See sample COI in the documents and files section for additional information.

Our goal is to provide you, our valued sponsors, with the chance to reach the community in a way that is impactful. Event sponsorships provide increased brand visibility and awareness, and demonstrate a commitment to supporting local community. Annual Attendance: 5,000 spectators Income range: $70,000-$149,000 Median age range: 25-44 Children ages: ages 3-12 years
