Artists and Craftsmen - offering unique and often hand-made products
- $100 fee per 10' x 10' booth space
- Artists and Craftsmen may opt to reserve up to (2) booth spaces
- Artists and Craftsmen that operate from a mobile truck or trailer that does not fit in a 10' x 10' booth space will have an additional fee applied
The events committee will review each application based on the following criteria:
- Locality of Artist / Craftsmen to the Lake Norman / Greater Charlotte area
- Quality of Product or Service
- Relevance to Event-specific Theme (if applicable)
- Interactive Element for Event Attendees
- By providing an interactive element to your booth, you increase the chances of attracting event attendees while enhancing the overall guest experience.Β
Acceptance response notifications will begin to be issued Jan 20 through the deadline May 2. Β Β
Businesses and Organizations - includes small businesses, corporations and NPO's
- Fee per 10' x 10' booth space ranges from $250 and up based on the type of business, booth placement and level of sponsorship participation (if applicable)Β
- Businesses may opt to reserve up to (1) additional 10' x 10' booth space
- Businesses that operate from a mobile truck or trailer may have additional fee applied
Select businesses will have the opportunity to participate as either Event Sponsors or Activity Sponsors. This allows us to maximize value for our corporate partners while increasing the overall quality of the event for attendees.Β Β The events committee will review each application based on the following criteria:

Food and BeverageΒ - trucks, trailers, carts and tentsΒ Β Food Trucks/Trailers -Β Meals
- $175 per space for truck or trailer (pick-up trucks will be required to unhitch from trailers)
Food Trucks/TrailersΒ - Beverages and Desserts
- $150 per space for truck or trailer (pick-up trucks will be required to unhitch from trailers)
- Includes dessert vendors (i.e shaved ice, ice cream, baked goods, etc.) and beverages (i.e. coffee, lemonade, smoothies, etc.)Β
Food Booths - food and beverage vendors that occupy only a 10' x 10' space and typically do not sell full meals
- $125 per 10' x 10' booth space
NOTE: A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required for ALL food and beverage vendorsΒ Β Acceptance response notifications will begin to be issued Jan 20 through the deadline May 2.Β
Breweries, Cideries & WineriesΒ Β
- Breweries, cideries and wineries are invited to sell their product at the 2nd Friday Street FestivalΒ
- Interested participants please fill out the information on the designated application and event organizers will reach out with further details. Β
