2nd Annual Bootleggers Barn Bash Vendor Show

We are thrilled that you’re considering joining us as a vendor at our vendor market hosted along side the 2nd Annual Bootleggers Barn Bash! Vendor Show Hosted by Sunny Day Markets, LLC & Event Hosted By: Loping Crow Distillery.

This event will feature a curated vendor showcase alongside food, local sweet treats along side the 2nd Annual Bootleggers Barn Bash (music fest)! 

Important Information

VENDOR & VENDOR HELP: For this event each tent will be allowed two employees for FREE this is included in your vendor fee. If there are to be more than two people they MUST purchase a ticket to stay 3PM-10PM from Loping Crow Distillery! 

Juried Event:
This is a juried market with limited space for 40 vendors. To ensure a balanced and high-quality experience, we carefully review each application based on product quality and variety. Please complete your application thoughtfully, as this helps us make the best decisions.

Acceptance:

• Vendors will be notified through Eventeny upon acceptance.
• Your card will be charged immediately upon acceptance.

Vendor Pricing & Space Details:

• Fee: $75 and option for vendors to stay 12PM-10PM (Vendor fee $100) 
• Setup: This is an outdoor event, and vendors are allowed to use 10x10 tents.
• Tent Weights:

• • Required: Each tent leg must have a minimum of 25 lbs in weights.
  • Prohibited: Disc weights are NOT ALLOWED. Vendors without proper weights will be asked to take down their tents for safety reasons. This policy ensures the protection of customers, vendors, and products.

Vendor Expectations:

• Vendors must remain for the entire event duration (12 PM - 5 PM).
• In case of emergencies, please notify the Sunny Day Markets tent immediately.
• Packing up early reflects negatively on the event and impacts fellow vendors.

Refund & Weather Policy:

• All vendor fees are NON-REFUNDABLE—no exceptions, including weather-related cancellations.
• Credit transfers between events are not allowed. If two events occur on the same day, fees cannot be transferred from one to the other.
• Weather Safety: While most markets are rain or shine, safety always comes first. If severe weather forces cancellation, there will be no refunds or credits issued.
