About the event

Don't miss out on the 15th Annual NuLu Fest. We shut down the street for a good 'ole block party, featuring local food, craft beers, bourbons, local and regional vendors, and live music. NuLu Fest is an annual street festival that celebrates the culture and community of Louisville’s East Market District, also known as Nulu. The festival features local food, craft beers, bourbons, vendors and live music. It is free, family-friendly and open to the public. NuLu is known for its art galleries, specialty stores, antique shops and upscale restaurants. NuLu Fest also supports the sustainability and growth of the area, as it showcases the local businesses and artists that make Nulu unique and lively. Nulu Fest draws +35,000 customers. Photos of products submitted by accepted applicants may be used on the festival website and social media. Photos will also be taken at the festival and may be used for future communications and marketing.

Parking instructions

All vehicles and support vehicles must quickly unload and exit the unloading zone before they begin set up. Move vehicles to vendor parking or other available parking before beginning booth set up.

FAQs When is NuLu Fest? September 27th, 2025. 11am-10pm. Are animals allowed in the festival? Only service animals are allowed in NuLu Fest. We DO NOT allow pets. We have informed our security officers to politely escort people who bring their pets out of the festival. Does it cost anything to attend? No, we are a FREE festival for you to enjoy all the activities and music. Vendors are set up and many will be selling their locally or regionally handcrafted items. Food and drinks will be available at a number of locations. Beer, wine, and cocktails will be available for cash or credit card. ATMs will be setup throughout the festival. Where can I park? There are several side streets in the area that have free parking on the weekend as well as surface lots. Please be sure to check the meter before leaving your car to be sure payment is not needed. Some surface lots will require payment. What type of food will there be? There is a variety of food to choose from. We try to offer something for everyone. Where can I get the band line up? Coming soon! How can I help? If you would like to be a volunteer, we are accepting volunteers If you would like to find out how you can sponsor, you can email baron@hbproductionsllc.com. How do I become a vendor at NuLu Fest? Vendor application link will be posted soon. Is this a kid friendly festival? We offer a kids-friendly area from 11am - 6pm with several activities for all to enjoy. Does NuLu Fest take credit cards? Most vendors accept credit cards, however we will have several ATM’s in the area if you prefer to pay with cash. This saves the vendors a little money. Individual vendors can choose to take cash or cards.

Accepted vendor types and art vendor mediums:Craft Vendors: handmade or homemade items, jewelry, bath and body products, paper goods, candles, handmade clothing, pottery, woodworking, metalworking, glassware, fabric crafts, crochet and knitting, embroidery and cross-stitch, quilting and patchwork, leather goods, soap and skincare, resin crafts, wreaths and floral arrangements, paintings and prints, stained glass, felt crafts, etc.

Art Vendors: original or reproduced artwork. Paintings, drawings, photographs, prints, sculptures, Oil paints, Watercolors, Acrylic paints, Graphite pencils, Charcoal, Pastels, Ink, Markers, Collage, Clay, Wood, Metal, Stone, Glass, Fabric, Paper, Plaster, Wax, Wire, Digital media, etc.

Toy Vendors: toys, games, puzzles, and novelty items for children

Street Artists: create artwork on the spot, such as portraits, caricatures, or custom paintings.

NO ALCOHOL SALES OR SAMPLES ARE ALLOWED ON THIS FORM. If you are a company that would like to sell/sample alcohol send inquiry to Trevor@hbproductionsllc.com for information regarding your booth options.

Terms & Conditions

If you require a space larger than 10x10 or have a specialty vehicle involved with your vending, (ie bus, serving trailer, anything that does not fit into a 10x10 square in the middle of the street) please email baron@hbproductionsllc.com so we can discuss specific options for your business. We do not accept applications from multi-level marketing (MLM) businesses, also known as network marketing, direct selling or pyramid selling. If you have questions about this email Baron@hbproductionsllc.com Items not allowed in any booth: knives, guns, sprays, stun-guns, any weapon related item, potions, obscene or X-rated material, silly string, graffiti type foam, drug paraphernalia and / or anything depicting drugs or drug use. Vendors are expected to arrive and set up on time. Everyone should be ready at least 30 minutes before festival opens. Vendors are expected to remain open for the duration of the event. Tent weights are required for all outdoor events for everyone safety. All vendors must be able to show insurance coverage upon request.
