2025 BooFest

This application is for food vendors only. This includes food trucks. Food/drink vendors may include any entrée/meal, snack foods, desserts, and/or nonalcoholic beverages. This does not include canned, baked and/or packaged goods. If you are selling any of the above, complete the artisan vendor application.
 
Our goal is to bring local vendors to the forefront to provide a unique community-oriented experience by ensuring variety.
 
Submission of an application does not guarantee participation at the event. Vendor space is limited.

To be considered as an artisan vendor at the 2025 BooFest please complete the application. Vendor space is limited. Our goal is to bring local vendors to the forefront to provide a unique community-oriented experience by ensuring variety.
 
Artisan vendors are allowed to sell handmade art and craft goods only. MLM's or product resellers will not be accepted as vendors.

• bath and body products
• face painting
• vinyl decals
• pet treats
• pet accessories

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring Belmont's annual BooFest! The 2025 event will feature artisan and food vendors, costume contests, carnival rides, and lots of other spooky fun! Attendance at the 2024 event was 2,600. A commitment is required by August 1st to guarantee all sponsor benefits at the event. Sponsorships secured after August 1st may not be eligible for all digital benefits. Volunteers will assist in the BooFest costume contests by serving as judges and managing lines for various age groups.

Volunteers will assist staff with managing vendors upon arrival and departure. Volunteers are needed for vendor check-in, vendor coordination, and vendor departure. Read the descriptions below for more information. Nine (9) ninety (90) minute volunteer slots are available for vendor management. Vendor Check-In: Volunteers will check in vendors as they arrive and direct them to their assigned booth space once they have been checked in. A list with all participating vendors will be distributed to volunteers the day of the event. Vendors will have an assigned space upon arrival. Check-in volunteers should defer to site coordinator volunteers in order to unload and exit the park. Vendor Coordinator: Volunteers will assist vendors as they unload booth equipment and direct vendors when exiting the park. On the day of the event, volunteers will be provided with a map of all booth spaces and participating vendors.

Volunteers will welcome guests and provide event details.
