This is the ultimate bash for beach music fans and dance lovers, courtesy of 96.1 BBB "Your Life. Your Music." So grab your dancing shoes, join the shaggers on the dance floor, and dance like nobody's watching! Our new dance floor is sponsored by the Sara Donaldson State Farm Insurance Agency.

Parking instructions

Event parking is available at 367 Freedom Parkway, Pittsboro, NC 27312. Guests can park in the Greek Kouzina parking lot and the adjacent parking lot. Event Security Personnel are onsite to assist guests with parking. Handicap spaces and a drop-off location are available at 120 MOSAIC Blvd, Pittsboro, NC 27312 and are located in the 79°West and Hops & Berry Taproom parking lot. Present your handicap placard to the Event Security Personnel stationed at the entrance of the handicap parking lot and drop-off location upon arrival.

Health & safety

We ask guests showing signs of illness, such as fever, cough, or trouble breathing, to not attend the concert. Our guests’ health is our top priority. Please help our team foster a safe and welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

Welcome to the 2025 Beach Music Series Food Vendor Application! We are excited to share that MOSAIC at Chatham Park is gearing up for an incredible summer concert series in 2025, and we invite innovative and spirited food trucks/vendors to join us in creating unforgettable events. Our Beach Music Series draws over 1,200 attendees for each concert, totaling around 8,400+ attendees for this series alone, not including our Fall Country Music Series.

By participating, you'll have a wonderful opportunity to showcase your culinary creations to a diverse crowd, connect with the local community, and be part of a celebration that emphasizes dancing, connection, and unity. Whether your food truck/vendor offers gourmet international cuisine, cherished comfort foods, or something uniquely creative, we are eager to see your contributions!

Welcome to the 2025 Beach Music Series Beverage Vendor Application! We are thrilled to announce that MOSAIC at Chatham Park is preparing for an amazing summer concert series in 2025. We invite creative and enthusiastic beverage trucks/vendors to join us in crafting unforgettable events. Our Beach Music Series attracts over 1,200 attendees per concert, totaling more than 8,400 attendees for this series alone, not including our Fall Country Music Series.

We are thrilled to announce the upcoming 96.1 BBB Summer Jam Music Series and we need your help to make it a success! This is a unique opportunity to not only be a part of something special but also to receive a token of our appreciation for your invaluable time and effort. For each event you commit to assisting with, we are offering FREE food. This is our way of saying thank you for going the extra mile and contributing to the success of the MOSAIC at Chatham Park Event Series. Please take a moment to review the application which outlines the event dates and details. If you are interested in participating, kindly fill out the applications and pick which dates you are available to assist the events team. The deadline for signing up is April 1st, 2025. Your early response will greatly help in the planning and execution of these events. This is more than just an opportunity to earn extra volunteer hours; it's a chance to be part of a vibrant community event that celebrates the spirit of Chatham Park. Terms & Conditions

We kindly ask you to review the following terms, conditions and safety guidelines to facilitate a smooth and enjoyable event for everyone. Ticket Resell Policy: If buyers are unable to attend, they have the option to resell their free tickets to someone else. Please ensure you follow the correct procedure for reselling. Security Screening: Anticipate bag checks and ticket scanning upon entry. Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, and beverages or food purchased outside of MOSAIC. If you purchase food or beverages from a MOSAIC business, kindly present your receipt to event security as proof of purchase. Lost & Found: If you have lost an item, please visit our website at mosaicatchathampark.com. We kindly ask that you submit a general inquiry regarding your lost item, including the date, time, and location of the incident. Sustainability: Help us keep the venue green by disposing of waste in appropriate recycling and trash bins located around the Philip H. Kohl MOSAIC Family Commons. Weather Preparedness: Please consult the weather forecast and dress accordingly. Ensure you bring sunscreen, hats, or rain gear as necessary and stay hydrated. Children's Area: A designated family area located at the back of the event lawn with activities is available for children. Children's Safety Guidelines: Parents must remain with and supervise their children at all times during the event. The use of recreational balls for kicking or throwing and climbing on the stage or the concrete chairs is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the family’s removal from the Philip H. Kohl MOSAIC Family Commons. Water Stations: Guests can utilize the water fountains located at the back of the Tommy Edwards Stage near the restrooms. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the Philip H. Kohl MOSAIC Family Commons. Designated smoking areas are available outside of the venue. Please properly dispose of cigarette butts.
