This is the right place to be to register as an Indiana-based LGBTQ+ Pride organization vendor for the 2025 Spencer Pride Festival! The event takes place on Saturday, October 4, 2025 from 12 until 7 PM in downtown Spencer on the square of the Owen County Courthouse in downtown Spencer, Indiana.

This registration is offered at no cost in the spirit of helping to cultivate a statewide network of flourishing LGBTQ+ Pride organizations. As a fellow Pride organizer, you know the value of early registrations. We appreciate that you are here today to register for our event. While we prefer your earlier registration, we will accept registrations up until September 1st No complimentary registrations will be offered after this date. You do NOT need to be a member of USAP or InterPride in order to take advantage of this offer. If you are not a USAP member, we do encourage you to consider joining this important organization. You must be a not-for-profit organization to take advantage of this offer. If you are a for-profit Pride organization, please use the for-profit vendor registration form. This registration includes one 10'x10' space in our outdoor vendor marketplace. It does not include accessories (table, canopy, chairs) or utilities (electricity, water). You may not sell food with this registration. You may sell non-food items. If you wish to rent a canopy, table, and chairs, you may choose to do so below.
