Your application will be reviewed by City Staff and acceptance/denied emails will be sent out by June 13, 2025.
The type of vendors that do best at this event are those that sell the following products/services: hats, patriotic themed/colored items, light-up items and toys, face painting or other kid-focused activities. You must ask for enough space to fully accommodate your display. Electricity will not be provided, no generators are allowed. No tables, chairs or pop-up tents will be provided. All booth spaces are outdoors with limited shade coverage. Vendor is responsible for all booth needs, you must have tent weights for all corners of your tent. Load-in is handcart only on uneven grass.
