PLEASE NOTE! - We receive tons of food vendor applications. Your application has to be accepted to be in the fair to participate. You will receive an acceptance email stating you have been accepted into the fair. Please note that application fees are non-refundable even if you were declined.

After July 28th - A late applicant fee of $50 will be added to your booth if the booth is not paid in full. PLEASE NOTE! - Please be advised that booth requests and assignments are not guaranteed, and changes or swaps may occur up until the move-in date. We understand the significance of your preferences, and we strive to accommodate them to the best of our ability. However, circumstances may arise that necessitate adjustments to the booth allocation process. Notification of final booth numbers will be sent to all participants prior to the move-in date, ensuring transparency and allowing you to prepare accordingly for the event. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in this matter. In the event that you have specifically requested a main aisle or premium space, it is important to note that, if management exhausts its available inventory and you have not paid in full, we reserve the right to notify you to make the final payment promptly. Failure to do so may result in the reassignment of your booth to a standard space.
