GET DOWN at the Third-Annual Lawrenceville Boogie on Saturday, April 12th for the funkiest FREE Music and Arts Festival around! We’re revving things up on the Lawrenceville Square from 4PM -11 PM with a wild block party presenting eclectic LIVE MUSIC on multiple stages, dancing in the streets, and the Beyond the Ribbon Car Show from 4 pm - 7:30 pm, featuring some of the region’s wildest rides! Best dressed wins a prize!! Show off your style as you Boogie in your favorite eras look amid countless photo ops! Jazz in the Alley, Gwinnett’s favorite Live Jazz Series will be back in a big way with a fresh new line up on a larger stage! Lawn Chairs are welcome, but you won’t want to miss a thing happening around the square! Indulge in the flavor of the NEW DTL as you explore unique artisans and maker booths, live demonstrations, dance classes, and so much more surrounded by Lawrenceville’s hottest restaurants and shops! With something for everyone, The Lawrenceville Boogie is designed for all ages to get into the groove… So grab your friends and family and tell them to meet you at the Boogie! The City of Lawrenceville is looking for fresh, unique artist and makers to join us for the Lawrenceville Boogie on Saturday, April 12th in Downtown Lawrenceville. This exciting block party will feature three stages of live music and entertainment, a silent disco, and the Beyond the Ribbon Car Show in the heart of the DTL!

 

This vendor application is specifically for ORIGINAL Artists that sell hand-made or crafted items. Keep in mind, YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED IF APPLY THE FORMER STATEMENT ISN'T TRUE OF YOUR BUSINESS.

 

If your business doesn't have an official Business License or Certificate of Insurance, please download and sign the general release waiver at the bottom of the application home page. Upload this document into the areas for the Business license and Certificate of Insurance.

 

APPLICATION DEADLINE - March 28th at NOON!

Applications will be reviewed periodically before March 28th. Expect to hear a final response no later than March 31st.

 

If we are interested in approving your application, you will first be WAITLISTED. Waitlisted means that we would like to approve your application. If you receive a Waitlisted response, please ensure that the payment will be ready to be processed with the card you have on file within one business day. We will attempt to approve your application and process the payment on the following business day. 

 

IMPORTANT DETAILS TO NOTE: 

  • Electricity will not be guaranteed at this event. To prepare, please provide alternative lighting sources (battery or solar lights) for your booth as this event will stretch past sunset.
  •  Be prepared for a fun but long day. Due to the nature of the event, load in may take place as early as 11 AM and Break Down will not begin until 9:30.
  • Upon arrival, you will be asked to unload your vehicle and walk your materials to your vendor space. Please be prepared with some sort of cart and assistant.
  • Once you are shown your vendor space, you will be asked to unload your car and park in the designated parking lot BEFORE setting up your booth. This is to ensure the streets are clear prior to the Car Show load in. 
  • Break Down will begin at 9:30 PM. We ask that your booth remains operational until that time.
  • WE highly recommend having more than one person on site to help manage the booth and parking.
  • Designated parking will be allotted for one vehicle per vendor, if you have another vehicle, you will need to find parking elsewhere.

The intention of The Lawrenceville Boogie is to provide a fun atmosphere where people from all walks of life find a common groove. This application is not for food vendors, politicians, or vendors that could be portrayed as political, offensive, or divisive.
