2025 Jackson County Fair

PLEASE NOTE: This application is for Local Artisans Only.
*This means you need to reside locally, within a reasonable driving distance. And you need to be the creator/producer of all your products.

 No commercial vendor space is available. No outdoor space is available. Artisan booths are located inside the Artisan Market, inside the 7 Feathers Event Center.

Fri.     7/18  11am-Midnight

Sat.    7/19  11am-Midnight

Sun.   7/20  11am-7pm

 The inital deadline for Food Vendors is April 15, 2025.

We jury food vendor applications carefully. Our focus will be on vendors that have a professional appearance (trailers are ideal), provide a diversity of food options for our fair-goers, have experience in a fast-paced environment with events that have large attendance numbers. In 2024 the Jackson County Fair had over 74,000 attendees in 6 days, this requires food vendors to have an efficient menu and kitchen area.

This application is neither an offer, nor guarantee of space. If you are applying for more than one stand/location, you must submit a separate application for each. All questions on this application must be answered completely. Be sure the information you give is accurate, as it will be the sole representation of your business for the selection process. Concession trailers are preferred and will receive preference. All food vendors must have a physically and visually enclosed kitchen and prep area and meet all of Jackson County Health Department regulations for food preparation.

All entertainment is determined by the Expo’s Entertainment Committee, which meets periodically throughout the year.  *If determined to be a good fit for an event, we will reach out via the email you have provided. JACKSON COUNTY FAIR BIG TALENT SHOW

Have you ever dreamed of making it on the BIG stage?

Apply NOW for your chance to showcase your talent on the Center Stage at the 2025 Jackson County Fair!

The Talent Show will be held Wednesday - Saturday July 16-19, 2025 (times TBD). The winner of each night will advance and perform at the finals to be held on Sunday July 20, 2025 where the WINNER will be announced! 

1st Place- $250 cash prize and a guaranteed spot to perform at the 2026 Jackson County Fair.

 This submission is your audition. Please provide the requested information on the form below in order for your submission to be accepted.

2025 Rules and Regulations:

• Age: The show is open to all ages
• Solo vs Group Acts: Compete as an individual or as a group act
• Talent Types: Talents may include (but not limited to) singing, dancing, instrumental music, magic, comedy, juggling, martial arts; etc. NO LIP-SYNCHING
• Time Limits: Recommended length is 3 minutes; acts will have a maximum of 5 minutes to complete their performance  
• Props & Costumes: Acts are responsible for supplying their own costumes, props, background music etc.
• Content Restrictions: Profanity, insensitive subject matter, and explicit content is strictly prohibited
• Appropriateness: Performances should be appropriate for all age groups and safe in nature

In all cases, decisions of the judges are final.

Entrants must observe all applicable rules and regulations or be barred from the talent contest.

Jackson County Fair reserves the right to remove from the talent contest, any entrant not conforming to the rules and regulations or any entrant refusing to follow instructions of security or talent contest officials.
