Haverford Township Historical Society would like to invite local crafters, artists and artisans to step into history with us by participating in the 2025 Heritage Festival, Sunday, June 1, 2025. Crafters/Artists who register will be given space at the festival to display and sell their work. Reserve your space now by completing the registration application below.
Registration Fee The registration fee to participate for artists/artisans/crafters in the Heritage Festival is $40. The registration fee is non-refundable and will be used offset the costs of hosting the festival. Haverford Township Historical Society reserves the right to limit the number of participating artists, as space is limited, and we only have a certain number of spots per type of vendor.
Your credit card will only be charged if your application is accepted. Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to review your application and respond. You will be contacted by email to confirm your registration.
Set-up: Our default vendor slot is about 10’ x 10’, and is on a paved surface (the road). Please let us know of any special needs you might have so we can do our best to accommodate you. Set up for the festival will occur between 8 AM and 10 AM on Sunday, June 1. After 10 AM, no motor vehicle traffic will be permitted on Karakung Drive until after the Festival ends at 4 PM.
Breakdown: All displays, tables, tents, TRASH, etc. must be removed from Karakung Drive by the end of the day Sunday, June 1.
Please do not leave anything behind (like empty boxes, cartons, trash, etc…). Your area should be packed up and ready to load quickly into your vehicle before going to retrieve your vehicle.
Publicity: HTHS reserves the right to photograph crafters, artists and artwork for purposes of publicity for the festival. Biographical information about artists and their work may also be placed on the HTHS website, in our newsletter and on Heritage Festival materials.
Liability: The Heritage Festival will be held rain or shine. Artists/artisans/crafters are responsible for providing their own tables/tents/display apparatus. HTHS is not responsible for any damage that may occur to artwork during the festival.

organizations to step into history with us by participating in the 2025 Heritage Festival. Non-profits who register will be given space at the festival to display materials. Reserve your space now by completing the form below and returning it to HTHS (Haverford Township Historical Society reserves the right to limit the number of participating non-profit groups). There is limited space so, please don't delay. Also, please, NO POLITICS. No campaigning for particular candidates or parties.
