Haverford Township Historical Society would like to invite local non-profit groups and community
organizations to step into history with us by participating in the 2025 Heritage Festival. Non-profits who register will be given space at the festival to display materials. Reserve your space now by completing the form below and returning it to HTHS (Haverford Township Historical Society reserves the right to limit the number of participating non-profit groups).  There is limited space so, please don't delay.  Also, please, NO POLITICS.  No campaigning for particular candidates or parties.
Set-up: You will be contacted by email to confirm your registration. Your assigned space will be approximately 10’ x 10’, and is on a paved surface (the road). Please let us know of any special needs you might have so we can do our best to accommodate you. Set up for the festival will occur between 8 AM and 10 AM on Sunday, June 1. After 10 AM, no motor vehicle traffic will be permitted on Karakung Drive until after the Festival ends at 4 PM.
Breakdown: All items, tables, tents, TRASH, etc. must be removed from Karakung Drive by the end of the day Sunday, June 1. Please do not leave anything behind (like empty boxes, cartons, trash, etc…). Your area should be packed up and ready to load quickly into your vehicle before going to retrieve your vehicle.
Liability: The Heritage Festival will be held rain or shine. Non-profit groups are responsible for providing their own tables/tents/display apparatus. HTHS is not responsible for any damage that may occur to your display materials during the festival.
**If you plan to sell food items you will need to get a permit from the County. Please Email festival@haverfordhistoricalsociety.org for more information about food permits.
