
Use this application to apply for a General Merchandise Booth (Non Food) at the 2025 Fresno Rainbow Pride Festival. The cost for a booth will be $100 until April 1st, then it will increase to $125, the deadline to apply is May 10, 2025. The fee for a booth will be charged once your application has been approved. Last year we had over 13,000 attendees come through the gates at the Festival. This year we will be open from 11 AM- 5 PM. Space is limited and we will most likely sell out of space before the deadline of May 10, 2025, so apply early!

This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. This application is only for food vendors who have pre-packed items that are not prepared on site. The 2025 Fresno Rainbow Pride Parade and Festival presented by Community Link! Saturday June 7, 2025, Parade at 10 AM in the Tower District, Festival 11 AM-6 PM at Fresno City College. Parking at Fresno City College is free for this event, there will also be round trip shuttles to and from the Parade Route and Festival Site all day.
Set up can begin at 3 PM on Friday June 6, 2025 and must be completed by 9:30 AM on Saturday June 7, 2025. No vehicles will be allowed on campus. Vendor Check in/Load in will be at the corner of College and Weldon. Vendor parking will be available on a first come first serve basis in the staff parking lot behind the cafeteria, alternate parking is available in the campus parking lots. Unfortunately we are not able to provide tables, chairs or canopies.
All Booths come with 4 wristbands for your staff/employees. If you need more than 4 Wristbands, please purchase them, they are $5 each.














This is where you go to apply for an entry in the 2025 Fresno Rainbow Pride Parade. The Parade will begin at 10 AM on Palm and Olive. We strongly encourage anyone who is not driving one of the vehicles in the parade to park at Fresno City College in the morning and use the free bus transportation that we provide. This year for safety reasons, nothing may be thrown from your vehicle or float.
This year the parade will again be broadcast live on local television, with color commentators, so make sure you smile for the cameras!
