Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the 2025 Dogwood Spring Festival! The Fayetteville Dogwood Festival will take place April 25-27, 2025. This is the application for FOOD TRUCK VENDORS. If you are not a FOOD TRUCK VENDOR, please return to the event application page to complete the correct vendor application. Failure to complete the correct vendor application may result in a denial.  WHO ARE FOOD TRUCK VENDORS?Vendors who cook and serve food from a truck.  FOOD VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING THE CUMBERLAND COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH TO COMPLETE AN EVENT APPLICATION.  FESTIVAL HOURS: Friday 5:00PM - 11:00PM Saturday 12:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sunday 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM Food Truck fees are $1500. Fees will not be charged until after approval into the festival. The same payment type will be used at the time booth fees are charged. The vendor supplies their OWN tent, table, and chairs. Overnight security WILL be provided. APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BY FEBRUARY 28 AT 11:59 PM -- APPLICATIONS PAST THIS DATE/TIME WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. APPLICATION DECISIONS WILL BE ANNOUNCED BY MARCH 14.

- Additional information will not be supplied prior to the receipt of an approval email. 
- Upon approval, accepted vendors will be charged per the same payment type as paid during the application fee process. Expect a payment to process at the moment approval comes through.  IMPORTANT NOTES FOR FOOD VENDORS
- Food Vendor spaces are designated for those who will be preparing food on-site and selling to patrons/festival-goers. 
- Food Vendors should be prepared to serve a high volume of people. 
- Food Vendors must abide by NC Health guidelines and will be inspected prior to opening. For more information, contact the Cumberland County Health Department at 910-433-3660. 
- Food Vendors are subject to Fire Marshall regulations.
- Be free of grease splashes, spills, and/or any grease containers. Grease disposal and clean-up is the responsibility of the Food Vendor - subject to a fee if this occurs.
- Be free of trash or any other items on the ground. Trash must be disposed of properly in the appropriate trash can.

Failure to complete the correct vendor application may result in a denial.  WHO ARE REGULAR ART & CRAFT VENDORS?Art and Craft Vendors feature items designed and made by the proprietor of the booth. All items must be hand-crafted. Examples of arts and crafts vendors include original visual art, handmade jewelry, pottery, paintings, wooden toys, etc. WHO ARE JURIED ART & CRAFT VENDORS?Arts and Crafts vendors may enter their booth for the potential of winning a cash prize. Prizes are awarded for Best Booth Design, Best Craft Design & Best in Show. Juried Arts & Crafts vendors are placed together in a designated area. FESTIVAL HOURS Saturday, April 26, 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM Sunday, April 27, 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM*Music will continue later into the evening on Saturday. Vendors are welcome to stay open later.  Booth fees will not be charged until after approval into the festival. The same payment type will be used at the time booth fees are charged. Commercial vendors include wine and manufactured seasonings and sauces. We do not accept catalog, independent, or home-based consultant sales such as Scentsy, LuLaRoe, Avon, Pampered Chef, etc. FESTIVAL HOURS: Saturday, April 26, 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM Sunday, April 27, 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM*Music will continue later into the evening on Saturday. Failure to complete the correct vendor application may result in a denial.  WHO ARE NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION VENDORS?Booths are reserved for local non-profit organizations that are not selling items. These spaces are intended to give away promotional items to raise awareness for your community services. Handing out or giving away food or drink is prohibited. Sharing booth space with other agencies is not permitted.  FESTIVAL HOURS: Saturday, April 26, 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM, Sunday, April 27, 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Music will continue later into the evening on Saturday. Vendors are welcome to stay open later.  Each 10x10 space is $100. Booth fees will not be charged until after approval into the festival. Pre-packaged food items are prepared and/or packaged before the event and sold to consumers/ festival goers. This category includes seasonings and sauces which are handmade and packaged.
