About the event
The popular and award-winning Dunwoody Art Festival will bloom with fun on Dunwoody Village Parkway for the annual event on Mother’s Day weekend. The colorful, outdoor celebration will be Saturday, May 10 from 10 am to 6 pm and Sunday, May 11 from 10 am to 5 pm. Splash Festivals produces the Dunwoody Art Festival. The Dunwoody Rotary Club will once again partner with us as our volunteer ambassadors, and they have guided the artisans to their booth locations (and unloaded their packed vehicles) since the beginning – usually in the dark! The Dunwoody Art Festival will wind around the picturesque street, just minutes from Perimeter Mall and behind the Dunwoody Post Office. The charming Parkway will showcase the wildly whimsical artist market that shoppers anticipate each spring. Artisans from around the country look forward to the large and welcoming neighbors and visitors as they exhibit their paintings, folk art, glasswork, metal art, photography, fiber, ceramics, culinary treats and so much more. The tasty Food Court will be cooking festival cuisine in a new location – right along the Parkway (near Crossfit Dunwoody). This will be the place to go for great eats and drinks for hungry shoppers who need a relaxing break before returning to find more unique art treasures for their moms, wives, sisters, aunts or anyone special. Mother’s Day weekend is just a great time for everyone! The Kidz Zone will be a creative hive for kids of all ages with face painting, arts & crafts – and lots of surprises! Check out the shady spot in the parking lot of Kaine Law (on the Parkway). Free parking and shuttles are conveniently located at Dunwoody City Hall at 4800 Ashford Dunwoody Road. Dunwoody Art Festival celebrates its fourteenth year on May 10 & 11, 2025. You are invited to apply as an artist to this much anticipated spring event in Dunwoody, Georgia.  Load in is on Friday or Saturday, depending on your booth location.• APPLICATION PROCESS: When you apply, you'll be prompted to create your own account with your basic information. This will allow you to update your personal information and also allow you to see the status of your application. Your preferred method of payment (credit/debit card or ACH bank transfer) will be necessary when you register but will not be charged until you are approved. Acceptable categories are candles, clay, clothing/wearables, culinary arts (not food vending), fiber, folk art, glass, jewelry, leather, living plants, metal, mixed media, musical instruments, paintings, pet products, photography, print making, sculpture, soaps-lotions-balms and wood. You'll be required to submit recent photos with this application, which may be used for promotional purposes. Applications without a booth photo will not be considered. Culinary artists will be required to submit a copy of their Department of Agriculture license. Georgia Grown members will be required to provide proof of their current membership. All work must be hand made by the artists. Culinary artists are not expected to meet this requirement! No wholesale or buy-sell is allowed. All applications will be subject to jury approval. The first jury met January 15, 2024 and all spaces were filled. All other applications for the waitlist will be reviewed on March 1. Once approved, you'll be required to obtain liability insurance. Splash Festivals has an agreement with ACT Insurance for artists to receive $5 off their policy when signing up through this link: https://app.actinsurance.com/events/4596. You may use any insurance company of your choice.•SPACE DETAILS: All booths are outdoor and approximately 10'D x 12'W. All spaces are on pavement. Corner booths are limited, so you will not be able to select one when they are sold out. You must furnish your own tents, tables, chairs, display and set-up materials. Booth placards (signs) will be provided. Tents with weights can be available for an additional fee without sides. •FEES AND PAYMENT: Booth fees for sections 7 & 8 are $325 for a regular space and $375 for a corner. Booth fees in sections 1 through 6 are $425 for a regular space and $475 for a corner location. Georgia Grown members will receive a $200 discount off of the regular price. Fees are nonrefundable. Booth fee payments will be charged to your credit card on file within five days of acceptance. You will also be charged a bank and event processing fee of approximately 3.5%. •Have more questions? You are invited to apply as a Children’s Activity vendor to be a part of this much anticipated show. Load in is on Friday or Saturday.• APPLICATION PROCESS: When you apply, you'll be prompted to create your own account with your basic information. This will allow you to update your personal information and also allow you to see the status of your application. Your preferred method of payment (credit/debit card or ACH bank transfer) will be necessary when you register but will not be charged until you are approved. Acceptable categories are face painting, sand art, painting projects and other activities for children. We do not have room for inflatable rides. You'll be required to submit photos with this application which may be used for promotional purposes. Applications without a setup photo will not be considered. Your Certificate of Insurance will be due sixty days prior to the event. You will be notified of acceptance within five days of the application deadline. •SPACE DETAILS: All spaces are outdoor and approximately 10’ deep and 12’ wide. All spaces are on pavement. You must furnish your own tent, table and chairs.•FEES AND PAYMENT: Booth fees are dependent upon the size of your setup and are listed within this application. Fees are nonrefundable. Load in is on Saturday morning. • APPLICATION PROCESS: When you apply, you'll be prompted to create your own account with your basic information. This will allow you to update your personal information and also allow you to see the status of your application. Your preferred method of payment (credit/debit card or ACH bank transfer) will be necessary when you register but will not be charged until you are approved. Acceptable categories are sweet and savory foods and non-alcoholic beverages. We do not duplicate menus. You'll be required to submit photos with this application which may be used for promotional purposes. Applications without a booth or food truck/trailer photo will not be considered. You will be required to submit a copy of your ServSafe certificate and your Mobile Food Permit license/City or County Fire Marshal permit if you have a food truck or trailer and will be cooking. Your Certificate of Insurance will be due sixty days prior to the event. You will be notified of acceptance within five days of the application deadline. •SPACE DETAILS: All spaces are outdoor and vary depending on the size of your setup. All spaces are on pavement and will be located on the main street with the artist booths. Therefore, the number of spaces will be very limited.•FEES AND PAYMENT: Booth fees are dependent upon the size of your setup and are listed within this application. Fees are nonrefundable.
