Welcome to the Downtown Vacaville Farmers Market! We are excited to kick off an incredible year-round market starting March 1, 2025. Held in the heart of Andrews Park every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., our market offers a vibrant gathering place for the community, showcasing local farmers, food vendors, artisans, brewers, wine makers, and more! Whether you're a returning vendor or joining us for the first time, we invite you to be part of this dynamic market, connecting with the Downtown Vacaville community. Vendor Opportunities: We welcome a variety of participants, including: Farmers Pre-packaged or Prepared Food Vendors Artisans & Creators Brewers & Wine Makers Downtown Vacaville Businesses City of Vacaville & Solano County Partners Non-Profit Organizations All vendors are required to register and manage their participation through Eventeny, our platform for registration, payments, and communication. All food vendors must comply with City of Vacaville and Solano County Health Department requirements.

We are looking for local musicians to perform during our farmers market.  We prefect acoustic performances with some mic'd sound to allow for attendees to be able to talk while shopping.  If you are interested in being considered, please complete the application.

Non-Profit Application for the Downtown Vacaville Farmers Market

We’re excited to work with non-profits like yours to bring value to our community.

 

To participate, non-profits are required to provide the following:

  • A copy of your Tax-Exempt Status Letter
  • A copy of your Seller’s Permit (if applicable)
  • A City of Vacaville Business License (if applicable)
  • A picture of a valid Driver’s License or ID Card

 

Please note that non-profits are responsible for covering the cost of a market booth and any additional add-ons for each market date they attend.

This application is specifically for brick-and-mortar businesses located within the Downtown Vacaville Business Improvement District (DVBID).

To apply, please ensure your BID membership is active and up to date.
