Chamblee Art Fest makes its second splash on April 19 & 20, 2025. You are invited to apply as an artist to this much anticipated spring event in Chamblee, Georgia. Load in is on Saturday.
• APPLICATION PROCESS: When you apply, you'll be prompted to create your own account with your basic information. This will allow you to update your personal information and also allow you to see the status of your application. Your preferred method of payment (credit/debit card or ACH bank transfer) will be necessary when you register but will not be charged until you are approved. Acceptable categories are candles, clay, clothing/wearables, culinary arts (not food vending), fiber, folk art, glass, jewelry, leather, living plants, metal, mixed media, musical instruments, paintings, pet products, photography, print making, sculpture, soaps-lotions-balms and wood. You'll be required to submit recent photos with this application, which may be used for promotional purposes. Applications without a booth photo will not be considered. Culinary artists will be required to submit a copy of their Department of Agriculture license. Georgia Grown members will be required to provide proof of their current membership. All work must be hand made by the artists. Culinary artists are not expected to meet this requirement! No wholesale or buy-sell is allowed. All applications will be subject to jury approval. The first jury met January 19, 2025. Most categories are expected to fill at this time. New applications after this date will be reviewed on February 19, for the Waitlist. You will be notified of your status within five days. If approved, you'll be required to obtain liability insurance. Splash Festivals has an agreement with ACT Insurance for artists to receive $5 off their policy when signing up through this link: https://app.actinsurance.com/events/5647. You may use any insurance company of your choice.
•SPACE DETAILS: All booths are outdoor and approximately 10'D x 12'W. All spaces are on pavement. Corner booths are very limited. You must furnish your own tents, tables, chairs, display and set-up materials. Booth placards (signs) will be provided. Tents with weights can be available for an additional fee without sides.
•FEES AND PAYMENT: Booth fees are $350 for a regular space and $450 for a corner location. Georgia Grown members will receive a $200 discount off of the regular price. Fees are nonrefundable. Booth fee payments will be charged to your credit card on file within five days of acceptance. You will also be charged a bank and event processing fee of approximately 3.5%.

You are invited to apply as a Children’s activity vendor to be a part of this much anticipated show, held in Chamblee, Georgia. Load in is on Saturday morning beginning at 5AM. • APPLICATION PROCESS: When you apply, you'll be prompted to create your own account with your basic information. This will allow you to update your personal information and also allow you to see the status of your application. Your preferred method of payment (credit/debit card or ACH bank transfer) will be necessary when you register but will not be charged until you are approved. Acceptable categories are face painting, sand art, painting projects and other activities for children. You'll be required to submit photos with this application which may be used for promotional purposes. Applications without a setup photo will not be considered. Your Certificate of Insurance will be due sixty days prior to the event. You will be notified of acceptance within five days of the application deadline. •SPACE DETAILS: All spaces are outdoor and approximately 10’ deep and 12’ wide. All spaces are on pavement. You must furnish your own tent, table and chairs. •FEES AND PAYMENT: Booth fees are dependent upon the size of your setup and are listed within this application. Fees are nonrefundable. You are invited to apply as a Food Vendor to be a part of this much anticipated show, held in Chamblee, Georgia. Load in is on Saturday morning. • APPLICATION PROCESS: When you apply, you'll be prompted to create your own account with your basic information. This will allow you to update your personal information and also allow you to see the status of your application. Your preferred method of payment (credit/debit card or ACH bank transfer) will be necessary when you register but will not be charged until you are approved. Acceptable categories are sweet and savory foods and non-alcoholic beverages. We do not duplicate menus. You'll be required to submit photos with this application which may be used for promotional purposes. Applications without a booth or food truck/trailer photo will not be considered. You will be required to submit a copy of your ServSafe certificate and your Mobile Food Permit license/City or County Fire Marshal permit if you have a food truck or trailer and will be cooking. Your Certificate of Insurance will be due sixty days prior to the event. You will be notified of acceptance within five days of the application deadline. •SPACE DETAILS: All spaces are outdoor and vary depending on the size of your setup. All spaces are on pavement and will be located on the main street with the artist booths.
