Join us for this year's Alberta Spirits & Cocktail Festival at the Edmonton Convention Centre, on March 21 & 22, 2025.

 

With over 50,000ft2 of indoor space, 60+ exhibitors, flair bartending shows, exclusive interviews, and some amazing music performed live by some of Alberta's hottest artists, this is the beverage festival you do not want to miss.

Friday, March 21

• 9:00am-1:00pm - Exhibitor move in
• 1:00pm-5:00pm - Industry Networking & Symposium (invite only)
• 6:00pm-10:00pm - Public EXPO, session 01
• 10:00pm-12:00am - Afterparty

Saturday, March 22

• 1:00pm-5:00pm - Public EXPO, session 02
• 6:00pm-10:00pm - Public EXPO, session 03
• 10:00pm-12:00am - Afterparty

Sunday, March 23

• 8:00am-12:00pm - Late exhibitor move out

Note: EXPO portion of the event will be closed during the afterparty, but registered exhibitors are free to take part in the festivities.

 

Registration Details

• Standard registration includes a 1-10'x10' booth, with an 8' skirted table, and divider curtains.
• Exhibitors can apply for additional booth space by requesting multiple standard registrations.
• Concessions booths will have shared back-of-house storage and prep space, including water connections.
• All exhibitors will be assigned a coordinator as their point of contact during the festival.
• All exhibitors will have access to the staff office for breaks.
• Once an application package has been approved, you will be contacted by Festival Management to discuss the next steps. You will also receive a festival planning checklist to guide you through the planning and setup process.
• Booth placement will be assigned by Festival Management.
