Note: EXPO portion of the event will be closed during the afterparty, but registered exhibitors are free to take part in the festivities.
Registration Details
- Standard registration includes a 1-10'x10' booth, with an 8' skirted table, and divider curtains.
- Exhibitors can apply for additional booth space by requesting multiple standard registrations.
- Concessions booths will have shared back-of-house storage and prep space, including water connections.
- All exhibitors will be assigned a coordinator as their point of contact during the festival.
- All exhibitors will have access to the staff office for breaks.
- Once an application package has been approved, you will be contacted by Festival Management to discuss the next steps. You will also receive a festival planning checklist to guide you through the planning and setup process.
- Booth placement will be assigned by Festival Management.
