About the event
Acworth Art Fest will expand to showcase even more artisans’ booths along Main Street on April 5 & 6 in charming, downtown Acworth. More than 100 whimsical and colorful artisans will line the picturesque street with their unique artwork and imaginative displays. Visitors and shoppers will be wowed by the community spirit and pride of this enchanting and dreamy “Lake City.” Splash Festivals Inc., who produces the “Big Event,” partners with the City of Acworth on this “magical spring show.” Co-owners, Frances Schube and Cindy Flynn, are excited to have the opportunity to create the yearly celebration of the arts for the enthusiastic staff, volunteers, neighbors and friends. Early shoppers can browse first and see the talented and gifted artists from around the southeast who have been invited to present their paintings, folk art, photography, pottery, yard art, jewelry, metal sculpture, culinary treats and so much more. The curiosity of all will be tantalized by the whimsy, vibrant pieces and original works. Weekend attractions will include the popular Kidz Zone with creative children’s activities and fun surprises. Live entertainment with melodic sounds and energy will also extend to the newly expanded area of the annual art show. Besides the downtown eateries, shoppers will enjoy the yummy Food Court filled with festival cuisine from local eateries and food trucks. Acworth Art Fest celebrates its thirteenth year on April 5 & 6, 2025. You are invited to apply as an artist to this much anticipated spring event in Acworth, Georgia.  Load in is on Saturday.
APPLICATION PROCESS: When you apply, you'll be prompted to create your own account with your basic information. This will allow you to update your personal information and also allow you to see the status of your application. Your preferred method of payment (credit/debit card or ACH bank transfer) will be necessary when you register but will not be charged until you are approved. Acceptable categories are candles, clay, clothing/wearables, culinary arts (not food vending), fiber, folk art, glass, jewelry, leather, living plants, metal, mixed media, musical instruments, paintings, pet products, photography, print making, sculpture, soaps-lotions-balms and wood. You'll be required to submit recent photos with this application, which may be used for promotional purposes. Applications without a booth photo will not be considered. Culinary artists will be required to submit a copy of their Department of Agriculture license. Georgia Grown members will be required to provide proof of their current membership. All work must be hand made by the artists. Culinary artists are not expected to meet this requirement! No wholesale or buy-sell is allowed. All applications will be subject to jury approval. The first jury will meet January 12, 2025 . If any spaces remain, applications received after this date will be reviewed on February 12. You will be notified of acceptance within five days. Once approved, you'll be required to obtain liability insurance. Splash Festivals has an agreement with ACT Insurance for artists to receive $5 off their policy when signing up through this link: https://app.actinsurance.com/events/4248. You may use any insurance company of your choice.
•SPACE DETAILS: All booths are outdoor and approximately 10'D x 12'W. All spaces are on pavement. Corner booths are limited, so you will not be able to select one when they are sold out. You must furnish your own tents, tables, chairs, display and set-up materials. Booth placards (signs) will be provided. Tents with weights can be available for an additional fee without sides. 
FEES AND PAYMENT: Booth fees are $385 for a regular space and $435 for a corner location. Georgia Grown members will receive a $200 discount off of the regular price. Fees are nonrefundable. Booth fee payments will be charged to your credit card on file within five days of acceptance. You will also be charged a bank and event processing fee of approximately 3.5%.

Acworth Art Fest returns to the historic downtown of Acworth, Georgia on April 5 & 6, 2025. You are invited to apply as a Children’s Activity vendor to be a part of this much anticipated show. Load in is on Saturday morning.

Acceptable categories are face painting, sand art, painting projects and other activities for children. Products may not be sold. Ride or bounce house vendors will should not apply, as there is not room. You'll be required to submit photos with this application which may be used for promotional purposes. Applications without a setup photo will not be considered. Your Certificate of Insurance will be due sixty days prior to the event. You will be notified of acceptance within five days of the application deadline. 
SPACE DETAILS: All spaces are outdoor and approximately 10’ deep and 12’ wide. All spaces are on grass or pavement. You must furnish your own tent, table and chairs.
