The annual Scarecrow Harvest community activity is our much-anticipated fall event!  Alpharetta's downtown, parks and sidewalks burst with colorful and creative life-size scarecrows. Accredited Pre-K through 5th grade classrooms, daycares, learning centers, families, neighborhoods, faith-based organizations and 501C3 non-profit organizations design, create and install scarecrows displayed in our parks and downtown Alpharetta. Maps with a self-guided walking tour will be available when scarecrows have been installed.

 

*Please note all scarecrows must be removed by 11/2. Any items left after this date will be picked up and recycled and/or thrown away. *

If you are an Alpharetta business, you may apply to our event for a nominal fee of $50+processing fees. You will design, create and install family-friendly scarecrows, to be displayed in our parks and downtown Alpharetta. All location assignments to be made by city of Alpharetta staff. Maps with a self-guided walking tour will be available when scarecrows have been installed.
