Reduce, Reuse, Recycle If you or a neighbor have an environmentally friendly yard or garden, submit a Rowlett Smart Yard Spring Entry Survey, https://www.eventeny.com/onsite/survey/?e=10047&s=704, between Wednesday, April 10 at 8:00am and Wednesday, May 8 at 12:00pm. The winner will be announced on May 17 on the Rowlett website and social media and with a yard sign for all to see.
