Experience the magic of the holiday season as a food vendor at ChristmasVille 2025! As a food vendor, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your delectable creations with thousands of hungry attendees. From mouthwatering holiday treats to savory comfort foods, you'll have the chance to tantalize taste buds and spread joy with every bite. With a captive audience of enthusiastic festival-goers, you'll have ample opportunity to build your brand, expand your customer base, and make lasting connections.
OFFICIAL (REQUIRED) FOOD VENDOR HOURS - The official food truck hours are as follows and must be respected unless otherwise approved by festival organizers:
- Friday, December 5th: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Saturday, December 6th: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Sunday, December 7th: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Vendors are required to be set up and ready for operations at a minimum of 1 hour prior to the times referenced above and are required to be on-site and open for business the entire time for each date. Closer to the festival, chosen vendors will receive load in instructions for Friday. New this year, vendors will be given the option to choose their approximate location. Pricing is based on the type of your booth/truck and location. We will have two tiers: Truck/Trailer spaces will be located around Fountain Park, while Cart/Booth spaces will be located in general trafficked areas on Main Street.
Pricing options are as follows:
Food + Beverage Tent/Cart: (10 x 10 spaces): $350
Food + Beverage Truck/Trailer (up to 24 feet in length): $500
All vendors will now be required to provide their own power. If you would like to have power access during the festival, there will be an additional charge of $250. Note: No vendors will be given power that do not register in advance.
Please note that this application is for consideration of becoming a food vendor for the 2025 ChristmasVille Festival. Applications will be waitlisted if submitted without all current and required documentation. Once all required documentation is uploaded into the application, it will be considered for approval. A completed application does not guarantee participation, as vendors will be selected based on several criteria including menu items and originality. There will be a limited number of vendors per category.
Please supply several pictures for representation of your menu items, booth/truck as it is set up, as well as corresponding pricing. It is understood that your supply costs will likely fluctuate between now and the festival, so final pricing is not due until November 1, 2025.
