Restaurants will choose to participate in one of 2 restaurant areas. a) Participate as a booth in the NEW! Zero Waste compostable area or b) Participate as a booth NOT in the Zero Waste area. Sample delicious appetizers, entrees and desserts from the top chefs in town. Enjoy culinary demonstrations, activities for all ages and entertainment to please every palate. Admission is free and food tickets are available for purchase on-site.
