All Concessionaires need to fill out this application for EACH food spot you are requesting to bring to the fair. Applications will be approved based on available space and need for products to enhance the fair. You are required to pay the deposit for the space when checking out, this will be charged instantly. All unpaid balances will be automatically charged on June 30, 2025 @ 2pm, unless other arrangements have been made. You will be able to pay it all online prior to June 30, 2025 if you wish. All exhibitors need to fill out this application for EACH each space that is a non-adjoining space, or a separate booth/ trailer you are requesting to bring to the fair. Applications will be approved based on available space, and the need/desirability for the product offered. It is possible to request more that 1 spot however, it is possible you may only be approved for 1 due to the lack of space. Decisions for approval and acceptance to the fair will be done on or before April 7, 2025. All decisions will be made by a committee and the decisions of the Agricultural Society are final.
Some of the spaces for those that have been here in the past may change. The fair is working to optimize the most of the fair grounds so you may not have the same exact spot as you had in the past. We will do our very best to accommodate you and your needs. You will be required to pay the deposit for the space when checking out. You will then be issued an invoice for the remaining balance that must be paid by June 30, 2025, any unpaid balances will be charged to the card on file if not paid by 6-30-2025 You will be able to pay it all on line as we encourage you to do so.
