Software & Setup Fees

Here at Eventeny, we pride ourselves on our transparent pricing model. While our Basic plan is totally free, paid plans start at as little as $60/mo, and you can even pay month-to-month. Also, there is no upfront fee, so you can hit the ground running planning your events.

TicketSpice charges a flat fee of 99¢ per event ticket, which organizers may find challenging when forecasting their event budgets. TicketSpice also does not charge for setup.

Interactive Scheduling

Our scheduling feature lives within event creation, allowing users to drag and drop individual schedule elements. Users can customize scheduled items by color, group, and more, allowing event-goers to easily access a high-level view of your event. The scheduling feature is included with all paid Eventeny plans.

TicketSpice's platform does not include interactive drag-and-drop scheduling.

Maps and Booth Management

One of our most well-loved features, Mapping, is included with our Pro Plan. Our interactive mapping allows event organizers to create custom maps, custom seating charts, and allows tickets to be linked to individual sections or seats, that event-goers can easily purchase. Custom booth creation and booth assignment helps event organizers keep artists, vendors, and volunteer management streamlined.

TicketSpice's platform does includes seating chart creation, but does not include event mapping creation.

Jury & Scoring

When an event organizer creates artist, vendor, or exhibitor applications on Eventeny’s platform, they can invite team members to act as a “jury”, scoring applications on factors the event organizer can set per application. These jury scores can help event organizers decide on vendors that best represent their event.

TicketSpice does not offer artist, vendor, and exhibitor jurying.

Virtual Marketplace

Eventeny created a virtual marketplace for your artists, vendors, and exhibitors so they can interact with your attendees. The marketplace is mobile-friendly, allows you to handle all payment processing and accounting, and boasts an industry-only shopping cart for your attendees. You can select to keep the marketplace active past your event date to help generate additional revenue.

TicketSpice does not offer a virtual marketplace for artists, vendors, and exhibitors.

Volunteer Management

Eventeny's volunteer management system allows users to create applications, review submissions, make decisions, collect documents, and assign shifts and departments, all for an unlimited number of volunteers.

TicketSpice does not offer any solutions for volunteer management, but does offer an event CRM where organizers can host volunteer contacts.
