You can use Eventeny's artists, vendors, and exhibitors management system to create applications, review submissions, make decisions, collect documents, assign booths, and charge the necessary fees. All of the features remain the same regardless of how many artist, vendor, or exhibitor submissions you receive.

Leap Conventions only offers basic support for artist, vendor, and exhibitor management. Each event is unique and Leap Conventions currently does not offer flexible applications or tools for data continuity. 

Jury & Scoring

You can use Eventeny's artist, vendor, and exhibitor management system to invite jurors so they can score the submissions. Once they complete scoring, you can view the scoring leaders and invite them to your event. You can invite unlimited jurors at no extra charge.

Leap Conventions doesn't have features to support artists, vendors, and exhibitors' management.

Virtual Marketplace

Eventeny created a virtual marketplace for your artists, vendors, and exhibitors so they can interact with your attendees. The marketplace is mobile-friendly, allows you to handle all payment processing and accounting, and boasts an industry-only shopping cart for your attendees. You can select to keep the marketplace active past your event date to help generate additional revenue.

Leap Conventions doesn't have features to support a virtual marketplace for artists, vendors, and exhibitors.

Sponsor Management

Sponsorship & Deal Management

You can use Eventeny's sponsor management system to create sponsorship deals, review submissions, make decisions, collect documents, assign deliverables, and manage brand positioning. All of the features remain the same regardless of how many sponsors you receive.

Leap Conventions only offers basic support for sponsor management. Additional tools or a manual process would be needed. 

Deliverables Manager

You can assign deliverables and tasks to each sponsorship deals. Throughout your event preparation, you can manage the deliverables, assign team members, and share the outcomes with your sponsors.

Leap Conventions doesn't have features to support sponsor deliverable management.

Event Engagement

Marketing & Optimization

Eventeny wants everyone at your event to be engaged. To do that, Eventeny makes it easy to share on social media or across your personalized sites, contact event-goers anywhere with a mobile app, and maximize who sees your event with built-in search engine optimization.

Leap Conventions does not provide event marketing support, you'll have to do it all on your own.

Data & Security

Data Management

A lot of information is exchanged when planning your events. Eventeny wants to make it easy with the ability to store all your documents and videos in the cloud, event analytics to make sense of your event data, and surveys to help make your events even better.

Leap Conventions includes built-in reports and dashboards to help you track your events' performance but does not offer built-in support for surveying and document management.
