Uptown Columbus, Inc. has been a major player in public and private projects that have transformed the area. When we began our journey over 35 years ago, Uptown's revitalization efforts kept these key goals in mind: 1) accelerate the renewal of Columbus' urban core, 2) recruit investors, retailers and tenants to the area, 3) promote a vibrant and diverse Uptown, and 4) ensure Uptown is clean, safe, and attractive. Our charter encourages and supports quality development and redevelopment in Uptown Columbus. We are responsible for the management and coordination of revitalization initiatives throughout the area.
