Xoxo Porcelain Cup

This is a porcelain jewel that sparkles in different blues, violets, greens, and pinks depending on the light it is viewed in. It really is special in that it changes colors in different light. I used the same earth oxide they use in rose colored glasses to make the liner glaze and the outer glaze showcases the translucent subtle pink color that is the bomb! It highlights the hugs and kiss surface patterning applied in the leather hard stage using two different green underglazes. Thrown from English porcelain (purest form of porcelain) on my potter’s wheel to create this cup. The cup is light to hold and is adorned with my signature hugs and kisses. It would make a lovely bathroom cup or your favorite cup for a little something... This cup can hold a full 8 Oz’s of your favorite beverage and is dishwasher and microwave oven safe. 3 ¾” tall x 3" dia.
