Wiley Whiskey White Dog

Introducing the first offering from our Wiley Whiskey brand. This small batch whiskey is made from a blend of locally sourced grains and carefully distilled to create a smooth and flavorful spirit. White whiskey is an unaged or barely aged whiskey with a mash bill that would otherwise make it a bourbon, rye, malt, or wheat whiskey once aged. Our white whiskey is distilled using the same recipe, process and attention to detail we put into our future release bourbon whiskey. The major difference is instead of being matured for years in new oak barrels we briefly store our white whiskey in used bourbon barrels resulting in a grain forward drinkable "un-aged" whiskey. This white whiskey is a perfect mixer in your favorite cocktail. It makes a great Old Fashioned, and works well as a substitute for vodka in your next Moscow Mule. Add a splash of Grenadine or other mixer to really wake it up!
