To the jar: add the wood chips and a 750ml jar of 100 proof moonshine bought at the liquor store (not included in kit) Start tasting ON Day 3. In 3-7 days you’ll have bourbon with a flavor to your taste. Use the bourbon-soaked chips again – this time with a wheat vodka – Svedka, Grey Goose, Absolut, Ketel One. Start tasting on Day 12 and most likely find your favorite flavor of scotch in 15-25 days.
