I have been creating art all of my life. Some of my earliest memories are of sketching in a tablet. I became an Art Specialist, sharing my love of art through teaching. I still teach adults to woodturn and create gourd art. I also work with fused glass. My sculptures often touch onto all these elements. I'm fascinated by natural wood burls and mottling of gourds.This keeps me always trying something new. I have been heavily influenced by the Southwest, and it creeps into much of what I create.
