A handmade millinery style tophat in black brocade. Decorated with satin ribbon, feathers and other bits and bobs.
This to hat is hand stitched from top to bottom. The base is wired buckram, cover in black brocade with a satin lining. Soft wired brim can be curled up or flattened.
Fits a headsize of 23 to 24 inches.
