Description
One of my favorite quotes is from J. R. R. Tolkein, "Not all who wander are lost." This quote inspired "Vivid Visions." First, I wanted the work to be extensive, which was 48" X 72". Next, I choose a palette that was made up of warm, vibrant, and inviting colors because, again, that is how this quote moves me. Finally, I added movement using marks such as circles, arrows, and various combinations of textures and mediums.
I hope you enjoy this piece as much as I enjoyed creating it.
