a. You may return for exchange/credit any item(s) purchased, within a 14 (fourteen) day period following delivery of the purchased item(s). Due to show fees, no cash refunds will be issued. Item must be undamaged and in the same condition it was received in.
b. Because I offer free shipping, customer will need to pay return shipping fees.
c. If you receive your item(s) damaged in shipment, you must report it to the shipping carrier right away and I will work with you from there to resolve the issue.
d. Work that has been commissioned by you is non-refundable and requires 50% down to start the artwork. I will gladly work with you during the commission to make sure the finished painting will be a work of art that you will treasure.
