Teardrop Apatite Necklace

This necklace features a gorgeous, teardrop shaped piece of Apatite. When I look into this stone it makes me think of a mysterious pool of water. As the stone gently moves from side to side you can see beautiful reflections of light within the stone, some flashing in shades of pink and turquoise....similar to the sun shining into the depths of a pool. There is sometimes some “flash” or chatoyancy in the stone as you can see in this beautiful piece. Unfortunately the stone is very difficult to photograph and it is very difficult to capture the magic of its beauty. I have set this stone in .999% Pure Silver also known as Fine Silver.
