This is a steampunk version of an 1860 Le Mat black powder revolver. It was popular with the Confederate troops during the Civil War. The original fired 9- .41 caliber black powder balls and had a 20 gauge barrel as well for buckshot or a slug.
It weighs approximately 3 lbs. 6 oz. and is 14" long with an antique black finish.
Steampunk version has various gears added and wear to give it a Steampunk feel.
Very stout, very nice replica.
This is a non firing replica.
