Squishable Dragon Roll (7")

All Sushi (すし, 寿司, 鮨) is made with a base of specially prepared rice, complemented with other ingredients. Here is our finest Shrimp Sushi just waiting for a garnish of pickled ginger (gari), wasabi, and soy sauce. The dragon roll is an inside out, particularly thick sushi roll. Traditionally, it is filled with eel and cucumber and is wrapped with a thin layer of avocado. The green slices of avocado look like the scales of a dragon.
