Beautiful plate. Food-safe. Colors: Royal blue and Blue Aventurine Glass. Aventurine glass contain a glitter like look. Absolutely stunning. . It has been handmade by me. The piece is fired in my kiln to a smooth finish. To finish the process in the kiln, the glass is cooled very slowly—annealing phase. This process makes the glass stronger. The next process is to slump the disc into a mold. This plate is 6mm thick. This plate comes with a metal stand for displaying. NOTE: We do not recommend washing this piece in the dishwasher—due to cold/heat variations of the dishwasher. Please hand wash.
