Acrylic on Gallery-Wrapped Canvas
I began painting this background with the intent of creating a texture that would compliment the rough textures of the cotton plant. I accomplished this by dragging a piece of corrugated cardboard through a thick application of paint. The rest was a mixture of paintbrush and palette knife.
