Handbuilt slab construction created over a drape mold; Decoration in construction process: carved and impressed design elements; Glaze decoration process: hand painted underglazes, glaze trailed and dipped overall glaze. Cone 6 mid-fire clay fired in oxidation to 2200ºF. This piece is food-safe, dishwasher safe and microwavable. One of a kind, unique designs reflect the artist’s observation of nature and years of scuba diving, plant life, textures and terrain.
