small Retro Snowman Star

This sparkly STAR ornament is made from a vintage RED aluminum reflector from the 1960's. They were placed behind the Christmas lights to add more "sparkle." It may have a few bent tips from being used and stored away for so many years! The green fringe is also a type of vintage aluminum reflector. I love the idea of re-purposing and I find it intriguing that another family used these on their tree 60 years ago. At the center is a SNOWMAN head that I have made from a spun cotton ball and a black plastic top hat. He looks just like the vintage package tie-on's from the Mid-Centruy.. This RETRO 1960's style ornament will make a beautiful addition to your Christmas tree and become part of your family’s special Holiday Tradition.
