Our White Birch Beer Moonshine is characteristically earthy, spicy, and sweet, along with unquestionable hints
of wintergreen and mint. Birch Beer is a staple flavor here in the Valley, and all around Pennsylvania. Its origin dates back to as early as the 1600’s, but gained popularity in the early 1900s during the prohibition; and further more post-prohibition among the coal miners who did not drink beer.
