Description
Images may seem simple at times, but the truth may be quite different. I captured this image in a small city/county park along Lake Michigan. It was a very nondescript shoreline. Only 10 feet wide and 100 feet long with concreate slabs at one end most likely for erosion control. There was a small bend in one area that had this accumulation of stones. It was here I focused my attention. The rocks vibrant colors were revealed by the waves that washed over them just after sunrise. It took several attempts to capture just the perfect wave as it receded after washing over the stones.
