Description
A lovely antique silver filigree metal heart is embellished with a simple border of crochet stitches in scarlet red hand-dyed cotton thread. The pendant hangs from a very fine, silver, stainless steel chain that adjusts from a length of 18 to 20 inches. A small, open, silver heart graces the end of the chain extension. The necklace closes with a lobster claw clasp. The heart pendant is about 3/4 inch in diameter.

Gossamer Tangles is an outgrowth of my life-long love of crochet and needle arts. The jewelry I design and make is one-of-a-kind. I find that conceiving a design in my mind and then bringing it to life between my fingers, instills a remarkable mix of wonder, excitement and satisfaction.
Color, texture and imagination, often inspired by my observations of the natural world and works of art, are the key components in my creations.
